We have been asked, usually as part of a Purchasing resourcing exercise, to
undertake a structured analysis of training and development needs for internal
staff as an aid to career development. A number of assessment
projects have been completed.

Assessment Centres

We are happy to organise and/or participate in assessment centres as part of
the final selection process.
MSSL have had experience in preparing, organising and participating in assessment
centres in a number of different organisations - both for training and development
and selection purposes.

Psychometrics
|

Clients sometimes require more detailed assessment of individuals - internal
and external - for selection or training/career development purposes. Our consultants
are qualified to use psychometrics for personality profiling and specific competency
measures (e.g. verbal, numerical, abstract reasoning, etc.).
MSSL is probably unique among recruitment consultancies in analysing and publishing
our profile data from the personality profile(16PF5). The profile published in
The Purchasing Profile - The 'Low L' Factor has remained remarkably consistent
over many years.
