Director and joint founder of MSSL, Iain handles both search and selection assignments. A keen speaker and contributor to Purchasing recruitment issues, his particular interests lie in Purchasing trends, competency profiling and business development.

Following a successful career in management positions in the Purchasing and Supply Chain functions with Ford, Black & Decker, Rolls Royce and Perkins, Iain moved into consultancy.

Iain has co-authored with Ian Billson an Executive Guide to Modern Purchasing entitled "Profit, Growth and Risk".

He is Managing Director of MSSL.

Graham Hay

Graham is a non executive chairman and joint founder of MSSL. With his background in Human Resources, his expertise lies in training needs analysis and psychometric assessment and international recruitment.

He is an Economics and Politics graduate with an MBA from Cranfield. He held senior HR appointments in the engineering and motor industries and was Head of HR for Timex UK.

Shirley Lewington

Shirley Lewington, a director of MSSL, is a graduate and associate of CIPS, and had a successful career in Purchasing Management roles in the commercial, public and utility sectors with Reckitt & Colman, Loughborough University and Powergen, before moving into procurement consultancy. Her roles have involved developing and implementing sourcing strategies and continuous improvement plans to deliver long-term sustainable benefits to business performance.  An excellent manager and coach, Shirley is often involved in assessment and team building programmes introducing ‘best practice’ to improve Procurement & Supply Chain performance in international organisations and the public sector.
